3. Satisfaction Guarantee
3.1 First Session Guarantee
For multi-session courses, if you are not satisfied after attending the first session, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of the first session completion. To qualify, you must:
- Attend the entire first session
- Submit written feedback explaining your dissatisfaction
- Not have accessed or used course materials beyond the first session
- Request refund within 48 hours of first session
Note: This guarantee applies only once per student and only to courses lasting 4 or more sessions.
3.2 Quality Commitment
If we fail to deliver the service as described, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our discretion. Examples include:
- Significant deviation from advertised curriculum
- Instructor unavailability without suitable replacement
- Technical issues preventing access to online courses (when issue is on our end)
4. Consultation Services Refunds
4.1 Individual Consultation Sessions
- 24+ hours before appointment: Full refund or reschedule
- Less than 24 hours before appointment: 50% refund or one-time reschedule
- No-show: No refund
4.2 Consultation Packages
For pre-purchased consultation packages:
- Unused sessions may be refunded if requested more than 30 days after package purchase
- Refund amount is calculated at the package rate, minus used sessions
- Packages expire 12 months from purchase date
- No refunds for expired packages
5. Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Digital downloads (course materials, recorded sessions) once accessed
- Completed consultation sessions
- Administrative and processing fees
- Services provided as described and completed
- Third-party services purchased through VelarionExt
- Promotional or discounted courses (unless specified otherwise)
- Gift certificates and vouchers
6. Cancellation by VelarionExt
6.1 Full Refund Scenarios
You will receive a full refund if we cancel or significantly reschedule your course due to:
- Insufficient enrollment numbers
- Instructor unavailability with no suitable replacement
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)
- Facility unavailability
- Technical issues preventing course delivery
6.2 Alternative Options
In cancellation situations, you may choose between:
- Full refund to original payment method
- Credit toward future courses (with 10% bonus value)
- Transfer to alternative course or date

7.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

8.2 Technical Issues
For online courses, if technical difficulties on our end prevent you from accessing the service:
- We will provide technical support to resolve issues
- Extended access period to compensate for downtime
- Partial refund for significant service disruptions
- Full refund if issues cannot be resolved within reasonable timeframe
Note: Technical issues on the student's end (internet connectivity, device compatibility) do not qualify for refunds unless we failed to communicate technical requirements clearly.
8.3 Dissatisfaction with Results
Educational outcomes vary by individual. We do not provide refunds based on:
- Not achieving desired professional outcomes
- Not receiving job offers after interview preparation
- Not feeling "completely confident" after courses
- Subjective dissatisfaction without specific service failures
Our services are educational tools designed to improve skills, but individual results depend on various factors including personal effort, practice, and circumstances beyond our control.
9. Payment Plan Refunds
For services purchased through payment plans:
- Refunds are calculated based on payments already made
- Unpaid installments are canceled upon refund approval
- Administrative fees apply per the standard refund schedule
- Credit card payment disputes do not override this policy
10. Group Enrollments and Corporate Packages
10.1 Group Booking Refunds
- Refunds for group bookings follow the standard timeline
- Individual participants cannot request separate refunds

13. Transferring Services
13.1 Transfer to Another Person
Instead of requesting a refund, you may transfer your enrollment to another person:

- €15 administrative fee applies
- New participant must meet eligibility requirements
- One transfer per enrollment permitted
13.2 Transfer to Another Course
You may transfer to a different course of equal or lesser value:
- Subject to availability
- Request must be made before original course start date
- Price differences are non-refundable
- €15 administrative fee applies
14. Exceptions and Modifications
VelarionExt reserves the right to:
- Make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis
- Modify this policy with notice to enrolled students
- Offer alternative compensation instead of monetary refunds
Any exceptions granted are at our sole discretion and do not create precedent for future requests.
